and sustainable growing systems designed to strengthen internal production. By integrating advanced robotics, precision soil
mixing, and next-generation plug technology, Red Mill will improve liner quality while enabling crops to finish faster and more
uniform across the company’s growing divisions.

TTA-ISO CuttingEdge Double Robots — High-capacity robotic sticking machines capable of processing 4,000–4,500
cuttings per hour with machine-vision accuracy, ensuring speed, consistency, and uniformity in propagation.
Automated Soil Handling
AdeptAg Soil Line — Fully automated, recipe-controlled blending system producing 36–120 cubic yards per hour of uniform
media.
HydraFiber® + Peat Mix — Sustainable media blend supplied by Profile Products, improving root development, reducing peat
usage, and supporting strong liners.
Innovative Plug Propagation
Ellepot System with Blackmore (Michigan) — Petitti is the only nursery in the U.S. with a dual Ellepot setup, producing plugs
from 50-count air trays up to 6-count trays. This flexibility allows the company to optimize liner formats for different crop
needs, leading to stronger transplants and faster finishing in containers and the field.
Climate & Irrigation Systems
BioTherm Heating (Coiled Tubing) — Provides uniform root-zone heating to accelerate propagation and improve consistency.
Smart Watering Booms (AdeptAg/Zwart) — Precision irrigation booms reduce labor while improving water use efficiency.
